We want you to breathe easier with your Coway purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a processing credit.

Carefully pack your Coway air purifier or bidet in its original box, ensuring the unit is secure and all filters or components are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
